Vision

To reduce the scale and impact of dementia, we need to clarify and simplify our advances from the research. Access to accurate information is key to making decisions both at the level of the caregivers, patients and at the level of public policies.

Strategy

Pablo uses neuroimaging techniques to improve the diagnosis of degenerative diseases; He works on data visualization methods to improve understanding of clinical outcomes by caregivers and primary care physicians.

Impact

As an Atlantic Fellow, Pablo's goal is to develop new ways of visualizing neuropsychological assessment data and neuroimaging analysis to improve psychoeducation about dementia.

Motivation

Pablo is motivated to provide better access to medical and cognitive information to caregivers and patients, He aims to impact a change in decision making. In Colombia, as in other regions, understanding dementia is still a challenge.

Education & Experience

Pablo Reyes is a psychologist with a master's degree in Neurosciences and a Doctorate in Engineering. He is a professor in the doctoral program of Neurosciences at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a neuropsychologist at Hospital Universitario San Ignacio.
