Interdisciplinary collaborations
To reduce the scale and impact of dementia, Doyin believes we need to serve the local, national and global communities through collaborative research, and multidisciplinary efforts that can address the complex issues around dementia diagnosis, treatment, and care.
Doyin is working with health care workers and stakeholders in the primary care centers to identify challenges and determine interventions to deliver age-friendly services that support the unique needs of older adults including cognitive decline.
As an Atlantic Fellow, Doyin aims to improve community awareness, dementia care, and the early detection of cognitive decline via interdisciplinary collaboration in the development of personalized screening tools for Nigerians.
