AAIC Neuroscience Next is a global, no-cost conference that aims to support and showcase the next generation of Alzheimer’s and dementia researchers and clinicians. The program is presented in a "hybrid hub" format that connects both global and local communities.

GBHI faculty and Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health will also host the AAIC Neuroscience Next Hybrid Hub events in San Francisco, United States (April 22) and Dublin, Ireland (April 23).

AAIC Neuroscience Next: Ethiopia Hybrid Hub Event

  • Tuesday, April 23, 2024: In-person event | 8:30am-6:30pm (EAT)
  • Wednesday, April 24, 2024: Hybrid event | 8:30am-6:00pm (EAT)

In-person programming will also be available during the conference at hybrid hub locations with a focus on early career researchers, including poster presentations, networking sessions and skills workshops.

Organized by Yared Zenebe, Atlantic Fellow in for Equity in Brain Health and Abebaw Nigussie, Lecturer at Addis Ababa University the theme of the Ethiopia Hybrid Hub event is Improving Brain Health and Dementia research in Ethiopia: from Bench to Bedside.
