Winnie brings extensive experience in project management, software development, and web technologies to GBHI through her work across many industries. She has helped companies and organizations improve their portfolio management process, project lifecycle methodology, and Agile frameworks to align with industry best practices.

Vision
Winnie is delighted to be part of GBHI’s mission to reduce the impact of dementia on a global scale.
Strategy
Before joining GBHI, Tsou led a team of project managers at Public Library of Science (PLOS) to deliver the organization’s strategic initiatives and provide a library of open access journals. Prior to this, she was senior technical project manager at Genentech working to deliver complex, business and infrastructure applications.
Motivation
Her work focuses on working with nonprofits and higher education programs and organizations.
Education & Experience
Winnie Tsou holds a BSA degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis and is Scrum Master certified. Winnie joined the GBHI technology team in July 2019.
